Read Bio Dan Oltersdorf
President
Dan Oltersdorf, President of Centricity, has been in the property management and residential housing industry since his start as a Resident Assistant at Colorado State University, subsequently earning a master’s at Florida State University. For over 25 years, Dan has spent his career leading and innovating in the areas of operations, human resources, learning and development, and the customer experience. Leveraging his passion for creating successful communities, Dan now partners with other companies to remove obstacles, add resources, and strengthen the foundation for achieving their vision. As a leader in the space, Dan is also a published author and an experienced public speaker.
When he is not equipping and supporting others to create experiences, he loves spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, camping, rowing, and walking his dog, Keanu.

Read Bio Clark Hoffman
Chief Financial Officer
Clark’s experience includes companies engaged in construction, manufacturing, technology services, wholesale distribution, and retail sales. He specializes in building financial and operational capacity through effective planning, sound strategy, combined with effective implementation. His previous experience includes leadership positions for Adjacent Technologies, Austin Ribbon & Computer Supplies, Architectural Granite & Marble, Cold Spring Granite Company, Centex Corporation, and Mobil Chemical Company. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Clark fills his time away from the office sailing the Caribbean and watching college sports.

Read Bio Thomas Demiranda
Chief Sales Officer
Thomas brings 8 years of real estate industry experience as well as more than 13 years of sales expertise to his role as Chief Sales Officer of Centricity. He started his career in B2B and B2C start-up sales and contributed to several successful companies before most recently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Catalyst Marketing. There, he was responsible for more than $6 million in new business and 200 new clients and has seen and solved for almost every scenario imaginable in the real estate space. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international relations from Texas State University.
Originally from Massachusetts, Thomas is a die hard New England Patriots fan and loves going back north with his wife and two daughters to celebrate the 4th of July on Cape Cod.

Read Bio Aaron Wells
Executive Vice President
Aaron Wells oversees the management of the company’s finance, accounting, budgeting, planning, tax, and billing. Prior to joining Centricity, Aaron served as CFO at ONIT Home Services and VP, Finance at Protect America. He has over 13 years of accounting, finance, and leadership experience in the home service and hospitality industries. Aaron received a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration from Lamar University and is currently working toward an MBA and MS in finance at Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Aaron is a licensed CPA in Texas.
On the weekends you can find Aaron spending time with his children, on the lake, or both.

Read Bio Chris Nordin
Vice President of Accounting
A graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business with a degree in accounting, Chris embarked on his career in the oil and gas industry, dedicating a decade to mastering joint venture accounting and financial reporting. In December 2021, he took his experience to Campus Advantage, assuming the role of Director of Property Accounting. Leading by example, Chris coached his team through an ERP migration, while ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial packages to clients. His focus on streamlining accounting processes has ensured the scalability and stability of the accounting department.
Off the clock, Chris enjoys quality time with his family, often traveling and discovering new and scenic destinations.

Human Resources Director
Originally from India, Birva relocated to the USA in 2012. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin University (in Ohio), and VNSGU (in India), along with her SHRM-CP certification. Her career began in 2012, overseeing operations at a senior medical daycare. In 2021, Birva transitioned to student housing, bringing over a decade of HR and operations experience. As an HR leader, she now drives strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and employee success.
Outside of work, Birva enjoys spending quality time with her rescue pup, Churro, and has a passion for cooking, exploring the outdoors, and traveling — always seeking her next adventure.

Director of Business Development
As the Director of Business Development, Ashley brings over 26 years of leadership experience—more than 17 at the executive level—executing operations, marketing, revenue and growth strategy spanning startups, multi-billion-dollar organizations, and everything in between. A founder and fractional executive by background, Ashley specializes in turning complexity into repeatable growth and delivering measurable value to already-performing organizations. With a career that spans property management, real estate, technology, construction, marketing, healthcare, and beyond, Ashley partners with Centricity clients to build clear strategy, accountable teams, and the operating systems that move the needle.
Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mom of two and partner to her better half, Daniel. She enjoys traveling, cheering on her favorite teams, working on a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, and frequenting farmer’s markets that champion local, small businesses.
