Originally from India, Birva relocated to the USA in 2012, maintaining a strong connection to her cultural heritage. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from both Franklin University, Ohio and VNSGU-India, she furthered her expertise in Human Resources by obtaining her SHRM-CP certification. Birva’s professional journey began in 2012 with overseeing operations at a medical day care facility for seniors in New Jersey for over seven years. In 2020, she transitioned to an HR Coordinator role at a pharmaceutical consulting firm, primarily focusing on employee onboarding, campus recruiting, and optimizing recognition processes. In July 2021, Birva joined Campus Advantage as an HR Generalist, where she has been actively involved in policy development, compliance, coaching managers to optimize employee performance, and managing employee relations to ensure practices consistently adhere to the dynamic landscape of employment laws and regulations.
