Specialty Management Consultants Selects Centricity for Property Accounting and Ancillary Revenue Services

AUSTIN, TX (APRIL 15, 2025) — Dallas-based Specialty Management Consultants, veterans of the student housing industry with experience managing over 60,000 beds across 125 markets, have selected Centricity to provide property accounting services and ancillary revenue offerings.

Under this new agreement, Centricity will provide a comprehensive suite of property accounting services including monthly financial reporting, cash flow analysis, accounts payable services, audit and tax support, loan and covenant compliance, ERP systems integrations, and related accounting services. Additionally, Specialty Management has elected to participate in Centricity’s damage waiver liability program which provides a stream of ancillary revenue.
